- Oak Room (Upto 240Pax) - This is our largest meeting room with a high vaulted ceiling (15m high, 15.4m wide and 15.65m long) at its peak giving it a grand baronial feel. This room can seat upto 240 people theatre-style setup. Best fit for forums, product launches, ball room dinners etc.
- Country Room (Upto 240pax) - This room is next to the famous Windsor Terrace, It overlooks the 18th Green and the lake. It is brightly decorated in blue shades and can be used for conferences and private events e.g dinners, birthday parties, prize givings etc. Its dimensions are 18.2m long by 11.2m wide and can sit up to 120 people on Theatre style.
- Lake Room (Upto 70pax) - This is our mostflexible room with three sides of glass panes allowing brilliant natural light into the room. It also overlooks the 18th Green and lake and offers a peaceful and serene ambiance. This room is set next to the Country room and is best for private events and conferences. Its dimensions are 11m long by 9.7m wide and can fit up to 70 people theatre style.
- Africana & Palm Room (Upto 30pax) - These rooms(Africana - 49.08 square meters, Palm Room 31.86 square meters) are best suited for small seminars and board meetings with seating of up to 30 people theater style. With two sides having large glass windows, in these rooms you will enjoy natural lighting in your meeting.
- Mika & Kigwa Rooms (Upto 12pax) - These meeting rooms(Mika - 27.54 square meters and Kigwa - 22.33 square meters) are elegantly designed for board meetings having a large central hard-wood board table sitting upto 12 people and enjoy natural light.
Our full day conferencing package includes:

Outdoor Events
We have expansive grounds over 200 acres with well manicured grounds perfect for theme dinners, weddings and weddings receptions, cocktail parties, product launches and incentive events.
- 10th Tee Grounds:This is the most popular venue of all, situated at the 10th Tee, it gives one a feeling of expanse with the golf course surroundings of the hotel and cottages that give a serene back drop. This venue can hold events of up to 2,000 people.
- Kigwa View:This calming dual-terraced lake view venue accommodates up to 600 people in a multitude of different settings. The fresh air and beauty of the surroundings gives this area a distinct sense of privacy with a beautiful large lake in the background.
- Lake View:As the name suggests, it is set right next to the lake and adds an African charm to your event. This venue is best for that beautiful African out door feeling and ideal for an incentive themed event set around our very own indigenous tropical rain forest. On its own the lake is an ornithologist’s paradise with the dominant Cormorants and Egyptian Geese competing for Oscars in both acrobatic and choral performance. This venue holds up to 250 people round-table setup.
- Garden Pond:With two tiers of well-manicured tifton grass surrounded by tropical shrubs and hedges to it, theme events of up to 300 people can be held here. At the center, the lower tier, rectangular in shape, has a sunken fish pond surrounded by a stone terrace. This venue is ideal for cocktails, product launches, dinner parties and a perfect place to say "I do".
