Garden Pond
With two tiers of well manicured tifton grass surrounded by tropical shrubs and hedges to it, theme events of up to 400 people can be held here. At the center, the lower tier, rectangular in shape, has a sunken fish pond surounded by a stone terrace. This venue is ideal for cocktails, product launches, dinner parties and a perfect place to say "I do".

10th Tee
This is the most popular venue of all, situated at the 10th Tee, it gives one an a feeling of expanse with the golf course surroundings, the hotel and cottages that give is a serene back drop. This venue can hold events of up to 2000 people.

Lake View
As the name suggests, it is set right next to the lake and adds an African charm to your event. This venue is best for that beautiful African out door feeling and ideal for an incentive themed event set around our very own indigenous tropical rain forest. On its own the lake is an ornithologists paradise with the dorminant comorants and egyptian geese competing for Oscars in both acrobatict and choral performance. This venue holds up to 350 people.

Kigwa View
This calming dual-terraced lake view venue accomodates up to 600 people in a multitude of different settings. The fresh air and beauty of the surroundings gives this area a distinct sense of privacy with a beautiful large lake in the fore ground.

Windsor Terraces
Overlooking the expansive Golf Course and the well manicured lawns, this area offers a suitable ambience for smaller private events. It can hold up to 200 people.

MENUS:
We prepare popular menus for your events. For any changes on the suggested menus or additional items required we shall be glad to accommodate your request and subject to re-costing. Please note that we do have a wider variety of theme menus to suit your particular needs

BEVERAGES:
We set a full open bar chargeable on consumption basis. Just avail a representative to witness the opening and closing stock take and a senior staff of from the Food & Beverage department will be at hand to ensure the beverage stocks are well controlled. We may also set-up a cash bar depending on your preference.

DECORATIONS, TENTS & EQUIPMENT:
We recommend that you make your own arrangements for these but should you prefer a professional company to handle it then we can assist you in sourcing for one. However it will be upon you to make a contract agreement with the service providers directly.

PAYMENT POLICY:
We require to 50% down payment for the function to be confirmed and the balance to be settled 14 days prior to the function date.

We shall be delighted to meet you and take you round the hotel to view our outdoor function facilities and hold further discussions on the finer details of your event arrangements.
